Privacy Notice

Draft, pending legal review. This page describes exactly what our software stores today, written by the team that built it. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and is not a substitute for a formal privacy policy. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, please write to us first.

The short version

You can use every tool on this site without telling us who you are. We ask for an email address only after you have already seen your result, and only so that you can find that result again later. We do not put you on a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details.

What we store when you use a tool

When you complete a check, we save the check itself so that it has a stable link you can return to or share. That record contains:

the answers you selected;
the observations and result band the tool worked out from those answers;
the date and time it was created;
a random identifier that forms the result’s web address.

This record is created without any personal details attached. It is not linked to you unless you choose to add your email in the step below.

What we store if you save your result

On the result screen you can optionally enter a name and email address to keep your history. If you do, we store your email address (lower-cased) and the name you typed in a single record per person, and link your saved checks to it. That link is what lets the tool show you your past results.

That is the only purpose. We do not currently send marketing email, and your address is not passed to any advertising network.

Sending a summary to your vet

Two of the tools offer to prepare a summary for your veterinarian. If you use it, we store the vet’s name, clinic and email address against that result so the summary can be addressed correctly. You are shown the full text of the message before anything is prepared.

Who can see your result

A result page is reachable by anyone who has its link. The link contains a random identifier and is not listed in our sitemap or indexed by search engines, but it is not password-protected — please treat it the way you would treat any share link.

Deleting your data

Write to info@alwaysfriday.com from the address you used, and we will delete your record and the checks linked to it. You do not need to give a reason.

Health information

The tools describe your pet, not you. They are screening aids and not a diagnosis — see the Terms of Service for what that means in practice.
